Kitten Adoption Program

Together we can save lives.

This is our passion.

Here at the Belmont Veterinary Centre, we believe in preventative treatment – in light of that, all our kittens receive treatment for cat flu and intestinal parasites during their stay with us. This ensures their new families receive a happy and healthy kitten that will make an amazing addition to their family. All our kittens are well socialized and go only to appropriate homes where they will be loved forever. For kittens currently in our care check out our Facebook page, which is regularly updated with kitties up for adoption.

All kittens are adopted out at 8 weeks of age after having their veterinary work done. This includes:

  • Desexing – Spey or Castrate
  • Microchipping
  • 1st Vaccine (F3 Vaccine)
  • Flea
  • Worm treatments
  • 4 weeks free pet insurance

We work together with the Geelong Animal Welfare Society and also selected members of the public to re-home orphaned or unwanted kittens. Each kitten who stays with us receives full veterinary care and treatment – with their health and progress monitored daily by our nurses.
